With a team led by corporate partner Nick Graves, Burges Salmon has acted as UK counsel in advising svt Holding GmbH ("svt") on its acquisition of UK-based Technical Fire Safety Group Limited ("TFSG"). svt is a portfolio company of the Ergon svt Long Term Value Fund SCSp advised by Ergon Capital.
