Andrew is a solicitor in the firm's projects team. He joined the firm in 2018 as a trainee and qualified in September 2020. 

Andrew has experience acting for both public and private sector clients on a broad range of projects. In particular, Andrew has experience advising on energy, environmental, public procurement and State aid matters.

Andrew has in-house experience following a secondment at ENGIE. 

  • Advising a renewable power generation company on the re-financing of a mixed technology renewables portfolio made up of over 30 projects across the United Kingdom.
  •  Acting for a port company to defend a multi-million pound claim for compensation arising from coastal erosion allegedly caused by the construction of a new harbour.
  • Acting for the Cayman Islands Government on the contractual arrangements for an all-islands waste treatment solution, including an energy from waste facility on Grand Cayman and remediation of existing landfills.
  • Advising an infrastructure investment fund manager on regulatory queries relating to government renewable subsidy schemes in respect of the acquisition of a portfolio of accredited assets.
  • Advising UK Research & Innovation on State aid compliance and grant funding issues on a range of projects.
