Overview

Dominic is a partner in the firm's corporate finance team. His practice covers all areas of corporate finance work but he specialises in complex M&A transactions and joint ventures and regularly advises both quoted companies and their financial advisers on a full range of equity transactions including IPOs and secondary fundraisings. His practice also includes advising on company law and corporate governance issues. He works for a range of private and public companies on both UK and cross-border deals and regularly advises overseas investors investing in the UK.

  • Advising RHP Group Limited on the sale of Calorex Heat Pumps Limited to Procuritas Capital Investors V, a Swedish private equity fund.
  • Advising WH Ireland on a series of secondary fundraisings, including Pittards plc's placing and open offer and related acquisition and 1pm plc's placing and open offer.
  • Advising RAC on its telematics joint venture arrangements with Nebula Systems Limited.
  • Advising a bank [confidential] on the £230 million disposal of a portfolio of properties owned by the Consensus Group, a borrower of the bank, to the investment group, Long Harbour.
  • Advising iCON Infrastructure Partners II L.P. and EEA Holdings Limited on a landmark biomass deal that saw them investing in London's high profile Beckton CHP plant.
