Ebony Ezekwesili Solicitor

Ebony is a solicitor in the Commercial team, having joined Burges Salmon as a trainee in 2019 and qualifying in 2021.

Ebony advises on a broad range of matters across the team encompassing commercial contracts, transactional intellectual property and data protection. Ebony also has experience advising on software licensing matters.

Ebony has in-house experience following a four-month secondment to the firm’s Innovation Team and is an active member of the firm’s BScale Team.

Ebony sits on the Recruitment and Progression committee of Burges Salmon’s BAME network, BCultured.

• Advising on a template influencer agency agreement and affiliate marketing agreement for a Fintech payment services company.
• Advising on a data sharing agreement for a cybersecurity company.
• Advising on a wide-range of commercial and transactional IP matters, including IP assignments and licensing agreements, filming location agreements, terms and conditions, promotional prize draws and distribution agreements.
