About

Gregory is a Director in the Corporate and M&A team. He joined Burges Salmon in 2013 from Clifford Chance. His key areas of expertise are joint ventures, private M&A and corporate governance, and he has wide experience in managing complex transactions and advising on company law issues.

He has a particular focus on clients operating within the public sector, built environment sector and aviation sector, and he has experience advising on legal entity structuring and formation as well as business transformation projects.

Gregory has worked with a broad range of clients, including central government departments, local authorities, international overseas corporates, listed PLCs and family-owned businesses.

He regularly provides training on a range of topics, including advising company directors on their Companies Act duties.

  • Transport for London: Advising on a joint venture to develop electric vehicle charging hubs throughout Greater London.
  • Stevenage Borough Council: Advising on the SG1 joint venture with Mace for the redevelopment of Stevenage Town Centre.
  • Avia Solutions Group: Advising on Lithuania-based ASG’s acquisitions of a number of UK businesses in the aviation sector.
  • Alten Group: Advising on a number of UK company acquisitions, including recently the Methods Group and Woodford Engineering.
  • Tritax Big Box: Advising on the sale and acquisition of a number of logistics hub assets.
  • Pula Aviation Services: Advising on the acquisition of UK companies including Airpart Supply and Jet Maintenance International.
