Isabel Rawlings Solicitor

Isabel is a solicitor in the firm's Corporate and M&A team. She trained with Burges Salmon and qualified in September 2023.

Isabel has a range of experience in corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and private equity investments. She works with both private and public companies on UK and cross-border transactions. 

Isabel has experience across a variety of corporate transactional matters, including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and private equity investment.

For example, advising US-based Moss, a leading producer of premium graphics, complex structures and custom installations on its UK acquisition of Macro Art (deal backed by New York-based private equity firm, EagleTree Capital).
