Overview

Lloyd is a dispute resolution lawyer specialising in procurement law, health & safety, and the transport sector. He works with his colleagues to help clients arrive at the right solution to their issue, minimising impact and maximising success. He is supported by our extensive dispute resolution practice with a proven track record in the highest-profile cases and cross-border, multi-sector expertise.

In procurement Lloyd advises both authorities and bidders on compliance and risk mitigation issues as well as often urgent challenges brought on technical matters in short timescales.

In transport Lloyd has a particular specialism in rail and bus regulatory disputes. He was recognised as a ‘standout associate’ in Legal 500, Rail.  He has advised on train operator access rights and timetabling and advised transport companies on passenger-facing issues including compliance with consumer legislation.

Lloyd also has a background in general commercial litigation acting in commercial disputes for large organisations and is experienced in all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He is regularly engaged in dispute avoidance and complex contractual management issues.
