Paul joined Burges Salmon in 2018 as a consultant.

Paul advises banks and other lending institutions across the United Kingdom on all aspects of the real estate and healthcare sectors with a focus on SME lending and private banks.

• Advising Recognise Bank in relation to their launch of a PBTL product with a £5 million loan on a 100 plus property portfolio.
• Advising C Hoare & Co in relation to their financing of three PBTL loans with 75 plus properties including HMOs. 
• Advising Recognise Bank in relation to their lending to support the creation of a dementia care village in Suffolk.
• Advising NatWest in relation to the site acquisitions of several house builders across the South and South West.
