Acting for various investment funds and Councils on the acquisition and sale of various retail parks and shopping centres.
Advising investment funds and renewable energy companies (including RWE Npower, Low Carbon, Belltown Power and Octopus Investments) on the acquisition, financing and disposal of renewable energy assets.
Advising Somerset Care Limited on its portfolio of care homes including the acquisition of existing care home businesses, acquiring development sites and the development of new care homes, negotiating new leases of care homes from Councils and private landlords and working with the company to develop its new extra care retirement living offering.
Advising Virgin Care on real estate matters including leases of doctors’ surgeries and advising on the real estate aspects of the East Staffordshire Improving Lives contract.
Advising HSBC and Bank Leumi (UK) on a £125m revolving credit facility to Audley Group, the UK’s leading provider of luxury retirement villages.
