• Providing advice to a government body on cross border VAT on the supply of digital and physical products to distributors. 
• Providing Stamp Duty Land Tax and Value Added Tax advice on the consequences of a grant or variation of a lease to connected parties. 
• Advising a client in the energy sector on tax warranties and covenants on the sale of a group company.
