Rohan Campbell Partner

Rohan leads the firm's Real Estate Finance team. He was previously Head of Real Estate Finance at a specialist real estate law firm in the City. Rohan has a wealth of experience leading UK and cross-border real estate finance deals. He is a trusted adviser to banks and debt funds on investment and development deals across the capital stack. He also acts for real estate investment funds, family offices, propcos and developers on financing transactions.

Experience gained at previous firms includes:

• Advising a real estate investment fund on a c. £100m investment loan facility for the acquisition of a portfolio of new build PRS assets.
• Advising a bank on a c. £65m investment loan facility to refinance a high profile city centre mixed use retail, office and leisure asset made available to a European pension fund owned corporate group.
• Advising a debt fund on an up to c. £75m accordion facility made available to a Luxembourg fund for the acquisition of affordable housing assets.
• Advising a bank on sterling and euro facility made available to a pan-European fund for the acquisition of retail assets in the UK and Europe.
• Advising a global real estate investment group on c.£200m of development facilities in respect of logistics assets in the UK provided by US and European debt funds.
• Advising a bank on a c. £40m senior investment facility and related intercreditor issues in respect of the refinancing of a PRS development asset.
