Sally Jupp Partner

Sally joined Burges Salmon in 2003 as a trainee and became a partner in the real estate team in 2016.

Sally advises clients across the Built Environment Sector on real estate finance, insolvency, development and property investment work as well as corporate real estate transactions. During her time at Burges Salmon she has completed secondments at Nationwide Building Society and Lloyds Bank plc.

• Advising a US Bank on the real estate aspects of the development financing of the new £350m Manchester Arena.
• Advising HSBC UK Bank plc in relation to the provision of an £80 million facility to a joint venture between Kier Living and a housing association for the acquisition and development of various sites.
• Acting for Torbay Borough Council on CPO, financing and development matters.
• Advising a Hong Kong domiciled client on its refinance of a central London office with Deutsche Bank.
• Advising abrdn on the £66m refinancing of a property portfolio owned by part of the Commercial Estates Group with assets located in England and Scotland.
• Acting for Pluto Property Finance on a £41m bridging facility for a 500 unit residential scheme.
