• Advising Transport for Wales and Welsh Ministers on the negotiation of key contracts and supporting direct agreements during KeolisAmey's mobilisation of the £5 billion Wales and Borders franchise.
• Advising First MTR South Western Trains Limited concerning variations to its £895 million manufacture and supply agreement with Bombardier for the provision of 90 new trains for use on the South Western Railways franchise.
• Advising Reading Borough Council on the provision of children's social care services by a not-for-profit company.
• Advising Cobalt Health, a leading provider of PET/CT scanning services on its supply contracts with the NHS and third party providers.
• Advising Ministry of Defence concerning its ongoing supply arrangements for the provision of services.
