Sarah specialises in complex financial settlements on divorce and asset protection issues, including pre and post marital agreements. She handles cases with significant and/or complex assets, income, corporate or trust issues and international elements.

She is a member of Resolution and its Financial Remedies, Tax and Pension Committee and a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.

Through Resolution, she was part of the Family Justice Council's Working Party on Needs, which produced the “Guidance on Financial Needs on Divorce” for the judiciary. Sarah is also a member of the Pensions Advisory Group and has contributed to their report on pensions on divorce. She has also contributed divorce-related articles in the Financial Times.
