Uba Emole Associate

Uba is an associate in the Burges Salmon construction and engineering team.

Uba advises stakeholders including sponsors/investors, developers and contractors across a range of projects with particular interest in energy development and transport/infrastructure. 

Uba specializes in standard form contracts (including, among others: IChemE and FIDIC) and reviewing and drafting project specific documents such as bonds and parent company guarantees.

Before joining the construction and engineering team at Burges Salmon, Uba previously worked as part of an energy and projects team, advising on a wide variety of energy and infrastructure projects in West Africa.

• Advising a developer of a solar power facility on its contracting strategy for the works and plant.
• Advising the funders on a multi-billion pound deep seaport project.
• Advising a developer on the development of a fertilizer and methanol facility.
