Alexandra joined our Real Estate team as a director in 2024, having previously been at Linklaters, where she trained for 13 years.
Specialising in commercial real estate, she has a broad skill set and has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing, development, letting and disposal of all types of commercial real estate including offices, retail and mixed use schemes. Alexandra acts for developers, funders, investors and corporates based both in the UK and internationally.
She also has in-depth experience in renewable energy transactions involving real estate, acting lenders, developers and landowners, including offshore windfarm, solar farms, energy from waste and interconnectors.
Experience
- Cale Street Partners: Advising on the acquisition financing of the family-owned Fenwick flagship department store on Old Bond Street, London for a mixed-use redevelopment.
- Lendlease: advising on its £2 billion+ on-going redevelopment of Elephant and Castle London SE1 comprising over 300,000 square metres of new build, mixed use development.
- Obayashi Corporation: advising on the purchase of 60 Gracechurch Street in the City of London from KGAL.
- US Corporate Client: advising on the acquisition of 220 sites from a franchisee across five jurisdictions.
- Lenders: advising on the development financing of an energy from waste facility in the West Midlands.
- Developer: advising on the offshore and onshore land aspects of NSIP two windfarms.
