Alice qualified into the Banking and Finance team in 2024, having previously trained with the firm. She has experience of working on a wide range of project finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending transactions, as well as corporate restructuring and insolvency matters.
Experience
- Lenders and corporate borrowers: Advising lenders and corporate borrowers in relation to high value financing transactions both in the UK and internationally.
- Financiers, banks and insolvency practitioners: Advising financiers, banks and insolvency practitioners on distressed situations involving financial restructuring and formal insolvency.
- Coutts & Company: Supporting multiple real estate finance transactions, specifically within the hotels sector.
- Facility for Energy Inclusion: Advising on the $7.5 million secured financing to MySol Grid Zambia to finance the construction of 60 solar mini-grids in Zambia, connecting over 40,000 people to electricity for the first time.
