Amy is a solicitor in the firm’s Corporate Tax team and joined upon qualification in September 2023.
She advises on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, including corporate M&A, commercial real estate transactions, renewables, banking, corporate restructuring, and cross-border employment.
Amy is a Chartered Tax Adviser and member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
Experience
- Amiosec Ltd: Advising on the merger of UK cyber innovator Amiosec Ltd and Australian digital defence specialist Penten Pty Ltd to create “PentenAmio” – one of the largest global teams dedicated to secure classified mobile communications and AI-enabled defence for government and military organisations.
- Fasadgruppen Group AB: Advising Fasadgruppen (a Swedish company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm) on the acquisition of Clear Line Holdings Ltd for £119.9 million.
- First Group plc: Advising First Bus on its acquisition of RATP Dev Transit London from French transport group RATP Développement SA, for £90 million.
- Octopus Renewables: Advising Octopus on £74.3 million joint venture with Tokyo Century Corporation to expand investment in relation to its solar farms and onshore wind farms.
- Rock Road: Advising Rock Group on £100 million funding platform to accelerate zero-emission bus network in the UK.
- UPM Raflatac: Advising Finland-based UPM Raflatac, a global supplier of self-adhesive paper and film products, on its £146 million acquisition of Metamark, a UK-based manufacturer and distributor of graphics solutions.
