Amy joined the firm in March 2022 and has experience advising a variety of clients within real estate including landlords, tenants, corporate occupiers, developers and lenders.
Her work primarily focuses on assisting on portfolio management, refinancings, lettings, acquisitions and disposals as well as primary and secondary market renewable energy projects.
Experience
- Darwin Leisure Property Fund: Advising on asset management matters of its £400 million portfolio, including high value acquisitions, disposals, lettings and licences.
- Houghton Regis Consortium: Advising on the sale of land to various house developers.
- Translink: Advised on the procurement of a real estate development partner, MRP, for an over 1.3 million square feet, £500 million project which will will regenerate former railway and transport land in central Belfast.
- iCON Infrastructure: Advising on the real estate aspects of the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of various waste management companies.
