Amy Simpson Director

Amy is a director in the firm's real estate team. She is an experienced real estate lawyer and specialises in advising on complex regeneration and redevelopment projects. 

• A secondment to the Greater London Authority, during which Amy advised on the £1 billion regeneration of the 36 acre Royal Albert Docks site in East London.
• Advising Transport for Wales on the transfer of 87 miles of railway track in Wales from Network Rail to Transport for Wales.
• Advising the Greater London Authority on the development phase of the Development Partnering between the GLA and London & Regional for the £1 billion redevelopment of the Albert Island site at the eastern end of the Royal Dock.
• Advising Cardiff Parkway on the strategy for development of a £500 million employment-led development project (including a new railway station on the Great Western mainline).
• Advising the John Lewis Partnership on its UK property portfolio.
• Advising The Crown Estate in connection with their substantial Core and St. James' portfolios.
