Andrew is a senior associate in the firm's dispute resolution team. Andrew acts for public sector and commercial clients in complex disputes concerning:

• public procurement
• technology
• rail and transport
• contractual and commercial disputes

Andrew works with his colleagues to help clients arrive at the right solution to their issue, minimising adverse impacts and maximising success. He is supported by our extensive dispute resolution practice with a proven track record in the highest-profile cases and cross-border, multi-sector expertise.

Andrew's experience includes High Court and arbitration proceedings, as well as advising clients on alternative forms of dispute resolution, including expert determination and mediation.

• Acting on many major procurement challenges for bidders and authorities, including central government departments and global companies, across many sectors including technology, transport, healthcare and facilities management.
• Advising major UK and international companies on risks and mitigation strategies in relation to novel issues of procurement and regulatory law.
• Acting in judicial reviews, including in relation to challenges to government decision-making during the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Assisting an organisation on its response to a high-profile public inquiry.
• Acting for major UK and international companies in high value arbitration and High Court proceedings.
