Annelise is a senior associate in the employment team. She has specialised in employment law and HR since 1994.

Annelise is experienced in all areas of employment law including business change, diversity issues, employment tribunals and executive severance. She is an experienced employment tribunal advocate.

She has authored a number of publications in the field of employment law. She uses her PGC in Strategic HR Management to focus on providing practical, workable solutions to employment related issues.

More recently Annelise has focused on pay and remuneration including advising employers on their gender pay reporting obligations, equal pay related concerns, NMW compliance and the new off- payroll working rules.
