About
Antonia is an associate in the firm’s projects team. She joined the firm in 2018 as a trainee and qualified in September 2020.
With a wide range of experience advising both public and private sector clients, in particular, Antonia has experience advising on procurement, defence and healthcare matters. Her environment and energy expertise spans advisory, transactional and litigious work.
Experience
- UK Government: Advising the UK government on a key part of the COVID-19 response.
- Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office: Advising the trading arm of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office on various procurement and contractual matters.
- UK port: Advising a UK port in a claim for damages for coastal erosion.
- BayWa re UK: Acting for BayWa re UK on its acquisition of High Constellation Wind Farm.
- SCISYS Group: Acting for SCISYS Group on its restructuring to introduce a Irish parent company, listed on AIM and ESM, by means of a scheme of arrangement.
