About
Beth completed an undergraduate degree in History and after graduating, worked in the travel and charity sectors. She then completed an MSc in International Development at the University of Birmingham.
Following her MSc, Beth converted to law, completing her GDL and LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management before joining the firm in August 2023.
She has held seats in Real Estate, Funds and Financial Regulation, Banking and is currently based in our Commercial and Technology team.
Experience
- Data sharing agreements: Reviewed and advised on data sharing agreements and advised on data protection regulatory compliance.
- Battery financing: Assisted with a £5 million solar and battery financing.
- Commercial property transactions: Advised on a range of commercial property transactions, including leases and licenses.
