Cara is a Solicitor in the firm’s Real Estate team, having joined Burges Salmon in March 2025.
She represents a wide range of clients including corporate and institutional clients, charities, private individuals and family trusts across a broad range of transactional real estate services.
Cara advises clients on a range of transactions, including strategic land opportunities, energy transactions and general commercial real estate work, including the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, landlord and tenant work and property portfolio management.

- Advising on strategic land matters, including option agreements.
- Acting for investors on acquisitions and disposals of investment properties.
- Advising clients on their commercial leasing arrangements.
- Acting on large-scale, solar and wind projects including multi-landowner projects.
