Charlotte joined Burges Salmon upon qualification into the Real Estate team in March 2022. She has experience advising a wide range of public and private sector organisations in all areas of Real Estate, and has a particular interest in the development and regeneration and built environment sector.

  • Tritax Big Box REIT Plc: Charlotte is a member of the core team in advising and providing support on asset management transactions and transactional work.
  • Indurent: She is a member of the core team in advising and providing support on asset management instructions and transactional work in the industrial and logistics sector.
  • Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO): Charlotte is a member of the core team in providing transactional support on the DIO’s major project disposal programme in the development and regeneration sector.
  • FirstGroup: She is a member of the core team in providing transactional real estate support to FirstGroup.
  • Public and private sector clients: Charlotte also assists many other public and private sector clients with asset management transactions, corporate support, development and energy work.
