Charlotte Robinson Associate

Charlotte is an associate in the firm's projects team. She joined the firm as a trainee in 2016 and qualified in 2018.

Charlotte has a broad range of experience advising private and public sector clients on projects and commercial transactions. She advises clients operating across a wide range of sectors, including energy and utilities, rail and defence.

• Advising the Ministry of Defence on the contractual arrangements with Boeing relating to the Airborne Warning and Control System Capability Sustainment Programme.
• Acting for Transport for Wales and the Welsh Ministers on the mobilisation of the Wales and Borders rail franchise, the first franchise let under Wales’ devolved powers.
• Advising a local authority on the procurement of and contractual arrangements for the provision of environmental and waste collection services, management of waste recycling centres and waste transfer stations.
• Assisting Abellio with its rolling stock contractual arrangements as part of the mobilisation of the West Midlands Franchise.
