About

Christopher is a senior associate in the firm’s Banking & Finance team, having joined the firm in 2015. He represents borrower and lender clients across a broad range of transactional banking & finance matters.

His main focus is on real estate finance and corporate debt transactions across all asset classes and sectors, including commercial real estate, student accommodation, hotels, offices and logistics assets.

Christopher has significant experience of acting on borrower side mandates, including for FTSE 100 companies and private equity real estate firms.

Experience

  • Mobico Group plc: Advising Mobico Group plc (formerly known as National Express) on its £600 million revolving credit facility with a syndicate of banks.
  • Tristan Capital Partners: Acting on a number of transactions for Tristan Capital Partners, including the £47 million refinancing of offices at One Stratford Place.
  • Clarks: Acting for Clarks on a number of transactions, including the renegotiation of their debt facilities during COVID.
  • UK clearing bank: Acting for a UK clearing bank on a £171 million financing of a large portfolio of hotels across the UK.
  • UK energy group: Acting for a well-known UK energy group on their £250 million revolving credit facility with a syndicate of banks.
  • UK housebuilder: Advising a major UK housebuilder on a £25 million joint venture residential development project in North London.
