Daniella trained and qualified at a national law firm and joined the Real Estate team in January 2024. She has experience advising clients across a broad range of real estate specialisms, including the renewable energy, built environment, financial services, defence and retail sectors.
She is admitted to practise in both England and Wales and Northern Ireland and has experience advising clients in both jurisdictions.
Experience
- Renewable energy projects: Advising numerous developers including Anesco, Bluefield and Balance Power of renewable energy projects across all technologies on the property arrangements for their developments.
- Lloyds Bank: Advising Lloyds Bank on a refinancing of a portfolio of 29 investment properties situated in England.
- Local authorities and corporations: Advising local authorities and corporations on the management of their UK property portfolios including the granting, renewal and surrender of occupational leases and freehold acquisitions and disposals.
