Experience
- Private investment firm: Advising the borrower, in its role as sponsor, in relation to a £412.5 million facility to refinance a hotel group’s significant portfolio.
- Renewable energy fund provider: Supporting the lender on an equity bridge financing in Mauritius to provide working capital for a group of companies with subsidiaries and operations across Africa.
- Global investment company and asset manager: advising on the redemption of existing debt provided to a real estate investment trust.
