Emily joined the firm in 2024, with a number of years’ experience working in the legal sector advising client on probate, family law and real estate.
She has experience across a wide range of real estate work, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, energy projects, transport and public sectors, telecommunications agreements and commercial landlord and tenant transactions.

- Transport for Wales: Acting for Transport for Wales on a number of sales, acquisitions and leases.
- Renewable energy clients: Acting for major renewable energy clients on renewable energy projects including advising clients on a wide range of project documentation comprising option agreements, leases, deeds of easement, and other documents.
- GLA Property: Advising GLA Property as freeholder on underleases for a new large-scale development in London.
- Due diligence: Conducting due diligence on a number of renewable offshore wind farms.
- Key clients: Advising key clients on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant transactions.
