Eve trained at Burges Salmon and qualified into the Employment team as a solicitor in September 2025. She has experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment and HR matters.
She works on Employment Tribunal claims relating to unfair and wrongful dismissal, all types of discrimination and whistleblowing. She also advises on a wide range of employment matters, including grievance and disciplinary procedures, termination, contractual matters and responding to data subject access requests.
Experience
- Employment Tribunal litigation: Defending a national retailer against a range of complex Employment Tribunal litigation, including claims for unfair and wrongful dismissal and discrimination.
- Various employers: Drafting contracts and service agreements for a wide range of businesses.
- Workplace Investigations: Assisting employers with conducting workplace investigations, working on both external independent investigations and advising on internal processes.
- Data subject access requests: Supporting several employers with handling and responding to data subject access requests from current or former employees.
- Negotiated exits and termination: Advising employers on negotiated exits and termination including drafting settlement agreements.
