Experience
- Transport for London (TfL): Providing contractual and strategic advice to TfL in relation to its facilities management tenders.
- Transport for Wales and TransPennine Trains Limited: Advising on a range of rolling stock projects including manufacture agreements, train services agreements and leasing arrangements.
- Cloud service contracts legal support: A member of the core team providing contractual and advisory support in relation to cloud services contracts.
- UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA): Providing contractual and procurement advice to UKAEA in relation to the development of its STEP Programme.
- Private equity investors: Providing advice and carrying out due diligence in relation to investments in solar and anaerobic digestion projects.
- Sizewell C Limited: Advising on the purchase and leasing of hydrogen buses to support the development of the nuclear power station.
