Grainne Fairbrother

About

Grainne is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance team, having joined the firm in 2025. She has experience across a broad range of transactional banking and finance matters, with a focus on real estate finance.

Grainne acts for a range of clients including specialist funders, banks, and other lending institutions and both UK and international corporate borrowers. She is dual qualified in both Northern Ireland and England & Wales.

Experience

• Advising a major motor financing company on its £60 mil RCF facility to fund the acquisition and development of UK sites across England and Scotland.
• Ultimate Finance Group: Acting for Ultimate Finance on its bridging finance facilities from NatWest Bank.
• AIB Group (UK) plc: Acting lender side on a significant cross-jurisdictional funding for the acquisition of two purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) schemes in Bristol and Glasgow.
• Natwest Bank plc: Acting for Natwest in relation to the funding of a large shopping centre complex in Northern Ireland.
