Hannah is an Associate in the Planning and Compulsory Purchase team, having joined the firm in October 2026.
She has advised on a broad range of planning matters, with particular experience in nationally significant infrastructure projects across the transport and energy sectors.
Hannah has also advised on a number of infrastructure projects including onshore and offshore wind, solar projects and greenways. She also has experience advising on statutory agreements such as S106 agreements and highway agreements.
Experience
- RWE: Providing advice on the implementation of the Norfolk Projects offshore wind farms including the discharge of requirements and land assembly.
- National Grid: Providing pre-application advice on the North Humber to High Marnham application for development consent with a particular focus on the Environmental Statement.
- National Highways: Provided advice and support on the promotion of the A46 Newark Bypass development consent order and post consent matters for the A12 Chelmsford to A120 Widening Scheme.
