About
Hannah is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team having joined the firm in 2020.
She has experience of a range of commercial, infrastructure and strategic land transactions, and has worked for clients in the development, hotels, office, public, telecommunications and transport sectors. Hannah also holds experience advising developers, investors, and public sector clients on large-scale development and regeneration projects, investment and asset management as well as in environmental, planning and property disputes matters.
Hannah also has experience in nuclear and fusion, real estate finance, corporate real estate and property elements of corporate restructuring and insolvency transactions.
Experience
- Progressive Energy Limited: Advising on land agreements for the HyNet Carbon Dioxide Pipeline and the General Fusion development at Culham.
- Ultra Electronics: Advising on the transfer of its property interests to seven subsidiary companies as part of the restructure of its contractual arrangements.
- Sovereign wealth fund: Assisting a sovereign wealth fund with portfolio refinancing, as well as the asset management of a group of hotels (including leases, licences and telecommunications matters).
- Advised major energy providers and property owners on large pipeline projects. Advising on easements, leases and freehold acquisitions for the connection of major energy projects, including numerous substations.
- Fusion: Advising UKAEA on the development of the first three fusion facilities at Culham and West Burton.
