Hannah is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate team, having joined Burges Salmon in December 2024.
She advises a broad range of clients, including corporate and institutional organisations, lenders, and renewable energy developers across a broad range of transactional real estate services.
Her experience includes general commercial real estate work, covering acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, landlord and tenant matters, and property portfolio management. Hannah also acts on large-scale renewable energy projects in both primary and secondary markets, as well as complex refinancing transactions.
Experience
- Advising on a nationally significant, DCO-backed offshore wind project, leading offshore elements, negotiating complex documentation, and providing strategic regulatory advice to developers and stakeholders.
- Representing Tritax Big Box REIT Plc on strategic matters relating to its UK-wide logistics portfolio, including high-value acquisitions and disposals and ongoing asset management.
- Corporate M&A Transactions: Leading on the real estate aspects of complex corporate mergers and acquisitions, delivering strategic property due diligence and comprehensive transactional support for high-value deals.
- Advising Darwin Leisure Property Fund on asset management matters relating to its £400 million portfolio.
- Advising a global technology and data analytics leader on the negotiation and completion of a major UK office relocation, including complex lease terms and strategic occupancy arrangements.
- Representing multiple lenders, including Cynergy Bank, on high-value acquisition and development financing, as well as portfolio refinancing across diverse UK real estate assets.
