Harrison trained at Burges Salmon and qualified into the Banking and Finance team in September 2021. He has experience of sponsor, lender and borrower side transactions across the project finance, real estate finance and corporate finance sectors.
His project finance experience covers assets across various technologies including wind, solar, battery storage and anaerobic digestion. He has also acted for banks, debt funds, real estate investment funds and borrowers on commercial and residential real estate development and acquisition financings.
Experience
- EDFI Management Company SA (EDFI) and the Renewable Energy Performance Platform (REPP): Advising EDFI and REPP as Lenders on a LSL 150 million facility agreement and equity subscription for OnePower as Borrower.
- Atlantic Green UK Limited: Advising Atlantic Green UK Limited on the financing of one of the UK’s largest battery storage projects, and related pilot transaction.
- Bluefield SIF Investments Limited: Advising the sponsor on the £217 million Bluefield refinancing of a portfolio of 36 solar parks producing a total of 391 megawatts of energy.
- Puma Property Finance: Advising Puma Property Finance on a £23 million development facility for a 393-bed PBSA scheme in Belfast.
- Gravis: Advising Gravis on the financing of two separate electric taxi schemes, totalling 250 vehicles.
- UK-based private bank: Advising a UK based private bank on the acquisition and development of a UK hotel complex.
