About
Jenora attended the University of Durham from 2015-2018, studying an undergraduate degree in English Literature. After graduating, she worked in Hong Kong as a journalist for two years, covering developments in nascent technologies including AI, AgTech, Bitcoin, blockchain, cloud computing, IoT and VR/AR across 7 APAC countries.
From 2021-2023, Jenora completed her postgraduate diploma in law (PGDL) and LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management, graduating with a distinction and a high distinction respectively. In August 2023, she joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor.
She has held seats in Banking and Finance, Corporate Finance and Dispute Resolution, and is currently based in our Commercial and Technology team.
Experience
- Data protection and GDPR: Advising clients across multiple sectors on data protection and GDPR compliance issues, including data sharing and processing arrangements, international transfers of data, and data protection issues arising from Brexit.
- NDAs: Reviewing and reporting on non-disclosure agreements in relation to various risk transfer transactions for a client.
- Consumer regulation compliance: Researching and advising on consumer regulations compliance, including the DMCC 2024, CRA 2015, CCR 2013 and CPUT 2008.
- Mentoring: Participating as a mentor for the firm’s internal Diversity Reverse Mentoring Scheme.
