About
Jessica is a senior associate in our Real Estate team. She trained at the firm and qualified in 2014.
She has particular experience advising developers, investors, and public sector clients on large-scale development and regeneration projects, investment and asset management. Jessica spent over a year on secondment to St Modwen Logistics from 2020-2021, and continues to work closely with clients in the Industrial & Logistics sector.
Experience
- Indurent: Advising on the development and letting portfolio, including Access 18 in Avonmouth and Broomhall in Worcester.
- St Modwen Developments: Advising on the mixed use development at Locking Parklands to include a new 1,450 home community with retail space, a new school and 450,000 square feet of high quality business space.
- University of Bristol: Advising on the purchase and development of a £350 million campus near Bristol Temple Meads.
- Defence Infrastructure Organisation: Sole advisor to the DIO/MoD on its major projects program.
- Lands Improvement Holdings: Advising on various residential/mixed use development projects, including phased sale structuring and core infrastructure requirements.
- Bristol City Council: Advising on the redevelopment of the Galleries shopping centre, including 450 new homes, student accommodation, 10,000sqm of retail & leisure, and 1.5 acres of high-quality public realm and green space.
