About
Jess is solicitor in the Commercial and Technology team with experience across commercial contracts, technology and data protection matters.
Jess qualified in September 2023 and joined the team in February 2026, having gained experience at a transatlantic law firm in the two years prior to this. Jess also went on a brief secondment to a train operating company.
She has worked on a broad range of IT and technology projects, from outsourcing and development projects to software licencing and support and maintenance. Given the natural data implications in this type of work, Jess also has experience in assessing data protection compliance issues.
Additionally, Jess has experience in more general commercial matters within various sectors including defence and enjoys getting involved in supporting our corporate team with transactions through exercises such as due diligence.
