About
John has been with the firm since 1995, and is a partner in the Tax and Private Client teams.
He provides tax advice to a wide range of high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and many leading international financial institutions. He has a particular focus on entrepreneurial and non-domiciled clients and the crossover between international, corporate and personal taxes.
Nationally, John chairs the Chartered Institute of Taxation’s (CIOT) Technical Policy and Oversight Committee and is a member of the CIOT’s governing Council. He is a former member of HMRC’s General Anti-Abuse Rule (GAAR) panel.
