Kate trained in London at a global law firm and qualified as a solicitor in February 2023. She advises on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and corporate transactions. Kate is also part of a team that advises developer clients on renewable energy projects.

- Tritax Big Box REIT Plc: Acting on various acquisition, disposal and asset management matters across its logistics portfolio.
- University client: Leading on the sale of a large number of staff and student accommodation properties by auction and private treaty.
- Nuclear fusion: A member of the core real estate team advising UK Fusion Energy Ltd on the development of a nuclear fusion power station at West Burton.
- Linear projects: Acting for developers on voluntary land agreements and associated due diligence in respect of a carbon capture and storage pipeline project and NSIP windfarm.
