Katie Hodgson

About

Katie is an associate in the firm’s Projects team. Her wide range of experience includes international trade and investment, commercial contracting, public procurement and public law. Katie also has experience in the delivery of defence contracts with international partners.

Within the international trade sector, she has experience advising on subsidies and countervailing duties, safeguards and dumping, including with regard to investigations undertaken by the UK’s Trade Remedies Authority.

Katie advises a wide range of public sector clients on both public law and public procurement law, including drafting a range of tender documentation and advising clients on public law principles arising out of heat network initiatives.
