Katie graduated from Cardiff University in 2017 and subsequently went on to study her postgraduate education at the University of Law in Bristol. Before qualifying into the Real Estate sector in 2023, she worked in the Private Client sector advising high-net-worth individuals on future tax planning, wills, trusts and the administration of estates.
Following qualifying into the Real Estate sector in 2023, she subsequently joined Burges Salmon in 2024. Katie has worked on a variety of real estate matters ranging from social housing developments to landlord and tenant retail portfolio management. Her experience also includes acting for both developers and landowners in relation to energy projects, with a particular focus on the negotiation of multi-landowner options and deeds of easements.

- Transfer for Wales: Advising on the licence and leasing arrangements for bus interchange stations across Wales as part of the firm wide team.
- ASE UK Holdings: Advising on a number of multi-landowner options for solar farm projects.
- Ministry of Defence: Advising on the real estate portfolio as part of the firm wide team.
