Lisa joined Burges Salmon in November 2023 and is an associate in the Projects team. Her background is in healthcare law and she advises a range of NHS and independent sector providers on regulatory issues, NHS and commercial contract matters and procurement.
She is also part of the firm’s procurement practice and advises a range of public and private sector organisations on procurement matters.
Experience
- Executive Agency of the Department of Health and Social Care: A member of the core team advising on the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System for the procurement of vaccines with a contract value of £1 billion.
- Not-for-profit provider of diagnostic imaging services: Advising on its contractual arrangements with an NHS trust including providing strategic advice on future opportunities to be procured under the NHS Provider Selection Regime.
- National psychiatric service provider: Providing advice on a variety of regulatory matters and NHS contracting issues.
- A leading NHS Foundation trust: Supporting with the contractual arrangements between two NHS Foundation trusts to facilitate access to clinical and facility management services for renal dialysis services.
- National institutional client: Advising a multi-billion-pound institutional client on a variety of procurement issues across a wide-range of portfolios.
