Lydia is a solicitor in the Private Client team, having completed her training contract with the firm.
She specialises in tax, estate planning and trust work including the preparation of wills, lifetime trusts and lasting powers of attorney. She also advises trustees, personal representatives, landed estates, family offices, family businesses and other professionals on related matters.
Lydia is currently working towards her STEP Diploma in trusts and estate planning.

- Private individuals: Advising in the creation of Lasting Powers of Attorney for private individuals.
- High-net-worth individuals: Advising on estate planning including wills, trusts and letters of wishes.
- Business owners: Providing advice on exit planning and tax structuring.
- High-net-worth individuals and trusts: Advising on key inheritance tax reliefs and allowances, including business property relief, agricultural property relief, the residence nil rate band and gifts out of income.
