About
Madeleine attended the University of Edinburgh from 2018-2022, studying an undergraduate degree in Scots Law. From 2022-2023, she completed her PGDL in order to convert to English Law, before completing the LLM SQE 1+2 in 2024. In September 2024, she joined the firm’s Bristol office. Madeleine is currently in her first seat, sitting in the Funds and Financial Regulation team. She sits on the fundraising team within the firm’s charity committee.

- Financial regulation: Advising on a range of financial regulation matters including financial promotions.
- Legal documentation: Drafting and preparing documents for FCA applications including changes in control.
- Private funds: Assisting with various aspects of private fund tender applications, including drafting, reviewing and submission.
