Madeleine completed her training contract at Burges Salmon and qualified as a solicitor into the firm’s International Tax and Trusts team in September 2026.
She has experience advising individuals and families on a range of private client work often with a cross-border element.
Experience
- Advising individuals with international connections on UK tax residence, domicile and the UK tax implications of owning assets and doing business in the UK.
- Advising individuals and families on succession planning, including drafting Wills and establishing and managing trusts.
- Assisting with clients’ British passport and visa applications.
