Maya is a solicitor in the Real Estate team.
Before joining the firm in April 2024, Maya worked in‑house for a leading UK renewable energy developer, where she advised on a range of solar and battery projects.
Her experience includes supporting development projects from the agreement of heads of terms and site due diligence, through to negotiating land agreements (including option agreements for lease or easement), and assisting with both fundraising and divestment exercises.
