Megan joined the firm in 2024 having trained and spent 18 months post-qualification at a successful regional firm.
Megan has particular experience in Landlord and Tenant work and has acted for both landlord and tenants in commercial leases and asset management transactions of office, industrial and logistic premises. Megan also has a general wider real estate experience including refinances, telecommunications leases, M&A and corporate support and development transactions.

- Advising the Leathersellers’ Company in connection with its Bishopsgate portfolio in the City of London.
- Advising the Crown Estate in relation to its telecommunications leases across the UK.
- Tritax Big Box REIT Plc in connection with its UK-wide logistics portfolio.
- LGPS Central: in connection with LGPS Central’s UK Direct Property Fund’s investment acquisitions of retail and industrial estates in Greater London.
- Advising a leading supermarket in connection with the opening of a large number of new stores across the UK.
- Advising a global pharmaceutical company on its regional office relocation in London.
- Multiple lenders: Advising a wide range of lenders such as Lloyds Bank Plc, in relation to high value acquisition financing, development financing and portfolio refinancing transactions across a wide range of UK real estate assets.
